Truck Dispatch Support

Umair Dispatch Co. provides administrative dispatch support for owner-operators and small carriers, including assistance with load searches, broker communication, rate negotiation, route and next-load planning, and related back-office coordination. Specific services, pricing, responsibilities, and cancellation terms may be agreed separately with each client before paid services begin.

Carrier Authority and Responsibility

Umair Dispatch Co. is not a motor carrier, freight broker, shipper, or freight forwarder and does not transport freight. Carriers remain responsible for maintaining all licenses, operating authority, insurance, safety compliance, equipment, driver qualifications, and other documentation required for their operations. The carrier retains final authority over whether to accept or reject a load.

No Guarantee of Loads, Rates, or Revenue

Freight availability, rates, lanes, broker requirements, market conditions, weather, equipment, and other factors change continuously. We do not guarantee a particular load, rate per mile, revenue level, number of booked loads, or business outcome.

Pricing and Payment

Dispatch services may be offered for an agreed percentage of booked load revenue or under another pricing arrangement agreed with the client. Applicable pricing and payment terms will be communicated before paid dispatch services begin.
